There are several advantages of booking through a travel advisor instead of your credit card portal even if the perks look similar.

• We book directly through the hotel so you get loyalty points when credit card bookings are often treated as third-party bookings

• Hotels prioritize upgrades for customers who booked directly through their program (that’s us!) over credit card programs

• Benefits are often better - for example, one hotel chain allows breakfast through room service only when booking through an agency

• You have an agent who works directly with the hotel to personalize your stay — you are not just another booking in their reservation system

Yes! We can do as much or as little as you would like. If you tell us specific hotels and dates, we can take care of your hotel booking and let you plan the rest of your trip.

It depends on the hotel and the date, but generally the rates we have access to are the same as the best available rates if you book direct. There may be lower rates from the hotel that are non-refundable or require advance purchase but often when that’s the case, the value of our elite perks outweigh the difference in room rate.

We do not charge booking fees for hotels — hotels compensate us for sending them customers.
